2. Scope and Key Principles
This policy applies to information processed through the Vidance Android application, the API services required to run it, and the privacy page hosted at privacy.vidoo.vip.
We do not sell personal information. We process data to operate the app, fulfill user requests, process purchases, support security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Important: If you do not want us to process a certain kind of content, do not upload it or submit it through the app. User-submitted prompts, images, and generated assets may be transmitted to our backend services and service providers strictly for feature delivery.
3. Data We Collect
The exact data processed depends on how you use the app. We may process the following categories.

4. Permissions and Device Access
Vidance requests or relies on certain Android permissions and APIs only to provide app features. The permissions and related access currently associated with the Android app include:
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: used to connect to Vidance servers, load creative results, process purchases, communicate with advertising services, and check network availability.
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: used when you choose images from your device for upload, editing, or generation tasks.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (legacy, maxSdkVersion 28): used only on older Android versions when saving files requires legacy external storage access.
Media access: Vidance does not access your photo library arbitrarily. It is intended for cases where you actively choose an image, upload media, or save generated results.
The app may also use platform or SDK identifiers and APIs, including App Set ID, Android ID, Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads, in order to support registration, transactions, security, and ads.
5. How We Use Data
- To register devices and maintain a functioning service session even when a traditional account is not created.
- To receive prompts, media, and task parameters and return requested AI-generated results.
- To store, display, and manage creation history and user works where the service offers those features.
- To process in-app purchases, verify Google Play purchase tokens, support alternative payment flows where available, and deliver points or other purchased digital value.
- To show ads, reward users for ad-related interactions when applicable, and measure ad delivery performance.
- To debug crashes, investigate misuse, detect fraud, prevent abuse, and maintain system stability.
- To answer support requests, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share or make data available to third parties only in the limited situations below.
- Infrastructure and cloud providers: to host APIs, store content, deliver files, and protect service security.
- Payment and app-store providers: such as Google Play billing services and payment verification channels used to confirm transactions and prevent fraud.
- Advertising providers: such as Google Mobile Ads, when ads are displayed or rewarded ads are used.
- Professional advisors or legal authorities: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: if the business is reorganized, merged, sold, or substantially transferred, subject to applicable law.
We require service providers to process data only for authorized purposes connected to Vidance and not for unauthorized independent uses, except where their own service terms, platform rules, or law require otherwise.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, support, accounting, and legal compliance.
- Device registration data: may be retained while the device remains active in our systems or as needed for security and abuse prevention.
- Generated content and works history: may be retained until removed from active service, deleted on request, or no longer needed to provide the feature.
- Purchase and billing records: may be retained for longer periods when required for accounting, tax, audit, refund handling, and fraud prevention.
- Operational logs: may be retained for a limited period unless a longer period is required for incident investigation or legal compliance.
How to request deletion
You may request deletion of personal data or associated service records by emailing vidoovip123@gmail.com with enough information for us to locate your data, such as your device ID, user number, transaction ID, purchase email receipt, or screenshots from the app.
